MTV Celebrates Super Sweet 16

MTV: Music Television said Wednesday that Monday night’s season premiere ofMy Super Sweet 16 posted a 4.0 Nielsen Media Research rating among viewers 12-34.

The second-season debut, which averaged more than 3.5 million viewers two-plus, topped the series’ season one premiere by 18% among viewers 12-34, the network said.

MTV added that My Super Sweet 16 “documents over-the-top birthday parties and coming-of-age celebrations and follows the triumphs and tribulations faced by teens and their parents as they prepare for one of the biggest nights of their lives.”
