Hallmark Channel has solved its Friday ratings mystery.
The network has earned strong ratings with its premieres of original mystery-movie franchises -- Mystery Woman starring Kellie Martin, McBride starring John Larroquette and the upcoming Jane Doe starring Lea Thompson
Mystery Woman debuted Friday, Jan. 7 and earned a 1.5 Nielsen Media Research household rating, averaging 1.039 million households, 296,000 women 25-54 and 469,000 adults 25-54 and almost doubling the network’s fourth-quarter-2004 time-period figures in households and key female demos.
One week later, McBride did even better, becoming Hallmark’s highest-rated program ever for that night and time period among household impressions. McBride delivered a 1.6 rating and averaged 1.086 million households, 244,000 women 25-54 and 421,000 adults 25-54.
