TNS Names Director of Business Development

Jeff Sohinki joined TNS Media Research as director of business development.

Sohinki had been senior VP of Nielsen Media Research’s local-cable division.

At TNS, he will be responsible for managing client sales and service for television programmers and advertisers utilizing new set-top-box viewing data, as well as InfoSys, the company’s TV and radio audience-analysis software.

TNS reached multiyear agreements earlier this month with MTV Networks and Hearst-Argyle Television to be those two media companies’ exclusive provider of competitive advertising intelligence.
