John R. Kelly has joined NBC Cable Networks as senior vice president of national sales. Kelly had been senior vice president of national advertising sales for Excite@Home Corp. Paul Capelli has joined CNBC as vice president of public relations. He had been senior public-relations manager at Amazon.com Inc. Howard Homonoff has been named vice president and general manager, CNBC/Dow Jones Business Video and CNBC Strategic Ventures. Homonoff will also continue his duties as general counsel of NBC Cable Networks. Jeremy Pink has been named vice president of news and programming at CNBC Europe. Pink had been vice president of content and editor in chief at Worldlyinvestor.com.
