Comcast has named Ron Phillips senior vice president, employee engagement, based in the MSO’s Philadelphia headquarters. He had been Englewood, Colo.-based VP, human resources in the operator’s West Division.

Comcast SportsNet has named Jen Franklin senior director, digital media at CSNBayArea.com and CSNCalifornia.com. She had been director, marketing and interactive communications for the CSN Bay Area network in San Francisco.
Multiscreen media-analysis firm Digitalsmiths has added Josh Wiggins as vice president, business development, West Coast, based in the firm’s new Los Angeles office. He comes from Ascent Media.
Also, Greg Gambina joins Digitalsmiths as Los Angeles-based senior account manager. He was director, media production at MySpace.
