NTIA Releases Broadband Buy-In Toolkit

The National Telecommunications & Information Administration has released new guidelines for getting communities and other stakeholders to buy into the importance of broadband access and deployment.

The guides include "Planning a Community Broadband Roadmap, "Guide to Federal Funding of Broadband Projects,""Introduction to Effective Public-Private Partnerships" and a "Broadband Adoption Toolkit."

Stakeholders include incumbent service providers, community residents, funders, community organizations, community activists, and program beneficiaries.
