Incognito Gets More Active With Bandwidth

Incognito Software (Booth #1121) has unleashed a new version of its Bandwidth Activity Reporter, enhancing a system with the ability to extract and analyze data from multiple network, billing and customer relationship management sources to provide comprehensive network intelligence, usage reports, and service metrics.

The resulting data is displayed in an easy-to-read format that helps cable operators make more informed decisions about capacity planning, service offerings, and policy enforcement, the company said. Incognito’s Bandwidth Activity Reporter gathers per-subscriber service usage information through the IP Detail Record (IPDR), enabling operators to see exactly where bandwidth is being consumed, info they can use to target upgrade campaigns, launch fair usage policies, or enforce temporary speed changes, and prioritize network investments based on subscriber patterns.
