beIN Sports Nets Big Audience with Madrid Derby

beIN Sports coverage of La Liga's Madrid Derby scored big with futbol fans.

The Sept. 13 telecast of  Real Madrid-Atletico Madrid averaged 824,000 viewers across beIN's English- and Spanish-language networks, according to Nielsen data. The game ranked as the No.2 soccer telecast of the day amongh English-language networks, outperforming 11 of 14 MLB contests that day and all Major League Soccer matches, according to network officials.

The international sports network scored the top sports telecast among all Spanish language networks on Sept. 13 according to Nielsen. Atletico's 2-1 win over Real ranked as the No. 2 soccer telecast and the fourth-rated sports telecast among Spanish-language cable networks for the week of Sept. 8-14.
