Cablevision Media Sales Picks Yangaroo

Unit Taps Cloud-Based Ad Delivery Tool 5/14/2014 9:45 AM Eastern

Yangaroo said it Cablevision Media Sales, a subsidiary of Cablevision Systems, has tapped the vendor’s cloud-based platform to enable advertisers to deliver their television ads to the media company.

 

Noting that there are more than 200 file formats available, this new portal simplifies the delivery of multiple types of media formats, Yangaroo said, adding that the commercial content can be disseminated to all of the properties represented by or affiliated with CMS, including the New York Interconnect, News 12, and regional and local cable systems.

 

“By providing this service—free delivery of commercial content to our regional and local properties, we are helping our advertisers in a number of ways.  We’re streamlining their workflows, making it easier to do business with us, and, in effect, helping them with their bottom-line,” said Ed Renicker, chief operating office of CMS, in a release.
