Eagle Broadband Inc. chief technology officer H. Dean Cubley left the company effective Sept. 30.
Cubley will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors and a consultant to the company.
Cubley was a cofounder of Eagle, and he served as the chairman and CEO until October 2003, when he became CTO.
