CSG Systems International Inc. is losing two of its top executives.
The billing-services and software vendor said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Thursday that president and chief operating officer Jack Pogge is leaving at the end of the month, and that William Fisher, head of its software-services division, is out in September.
Chief executive Neal Hansen will take on the additional post of president, CSG said. The company gave no reasons for the departures.
