TiVo Inc.’s digital-video-recorder service is headed for the Magic Kingdom.

Visitors to the “Innoventions” attraction at Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif., will be able to participate in a live demonstration of TiVo’s service, the vendor said Monday.

The four-minute interactive presentation follows a game-show format, TiVo said. Visitors will be shown how specific features work, including the ability to pause and rewind live TV, to set up “Season Pass” recordings and to locate future programming.

The vendor added that later this year, the demonstration will also provide visitors with a preview of future service enhancements, including “TiVoToGo,” which enables “TiVo Series2” subscribers to securely move their favorite programs to their PC or laptop to watch anywhere.

"This promotion with Disneyland provides TiVo another platform to communicate the benefits of the TiVo service in a unique and fun way to millions of prospective customers," chief marketing officer Matt Wisk said in a prepared statement.
