Entravision Launches Political Show from D.C.3/14/2012 12:54 PM Eastern
As the 2012 presidential campaign heats up and politicians
on both side of the spectrum begin courting the Latino vote, Entravision
Communications has launched a new public-affairs show, Perspectiva Nacional con Armando Guzman.
premiered March 11 and airs Sundays at 8:30 a.m. (ET). Originating from
Washington, D.C., it airs on all 24 Entravision owned-and-operated stations,
including those in such battleground states as Connecticut, Colorado, Nevada,
New Mexico, Florida, California, Massachusetts and Texas.
Its host, Armando Guzman, is the Washington bureau chief for
TV Azteca and Azteca America.

For this upcoming weekend (March 18), Perspectiva Nacional will feature interviews with U.S. Secretary of
Labor Hilda Solis and Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, who'll talk the Pope's visit
to Cuba and Mexico at the end of this month.

to our scheduling lineup will be a valuable resource to our viewers as we keep
them up-to-date with the latest election news and headlines," Entravision CEO Walter
F. Ulloa said in a statement.
