Two Way TV, which provides interactive games to digital set-tops, signed a
distribution deal with Digeo, Paul Allen's interactive-content company that's
supplying services to Charter Communications Inc.

The deal covers a set of arcade games Two Way TV is supplying to Charter's
advanced set-top trial in St. Louis, where Charter is testing 'Microsoft TV'
middleware on Motorola Broadband Communications Sector 'DCT-5000' set-tops.

It's the first U.S. deal for Two Way TV, formerly known as TWIN
Entertainment.

The company is also testing games on the 'DCT-2000' series platform with
Liberate Technologies and AT&T Broadband in Cheyenne, Wyo.

'We will develop on all platforms,' Two Way TV president and chief operating
officer Robert Regan said.

'The games channel is proving to be one of our most popular ITV services,'
Digeo CEO Jim Billmaier said in a prepared statement.

Two Way TV's game packs include arcade, trivia, casino and strategy
games.

Operators can generate revenue through subscriptions, pay-per-play and
targeted advertising.
