Time Warner Shifts Division Heads

4/21/2003 3:54 AM Eastern

Time Warner Cable instituted a handful of management changes, which included
having the division chiefs at the national division and the Los Angeles division
switch jobs, officials told Multichannel News Day.

Tom Feige, who had been president of the L.A. division, moves to Denver to
become president of the national unit, which encompasses systems with 343,000
subscribers that aren't included in big metropolitan clusters.

Roger Keating, who signed on as its national-division president last July,
will be president of the L.A. division.

Executive vice president Jim Fellhauer now gets national-division
responsibilities, while executive VP Bill Goetz gets L.A.-division
responsibilities.

In addition to those moves, Time Warner folded the Shreveport, La., system
into Feige's national division.

Time Warner systems in and around Philadelphia have become part of the New
York City group, under president Barry Rosenblum.

And the Desert Cities-Palm Desert, Calif., systems, which had been a
stand-alone entity, will now fall under Jeff Schwall, president of the San Diego
division.
