MetroChannels Names Film-Fest Host

Rainbow Media Holdings Inc.'s MetroChannels has named actor/director Frank
Whaley as the host of its local cable coverage of the first 'Angelika Film
Festival.'

The first-time independent-film fest was jointly announced in January by
Metro and Angelika Entertainment Corp.

The coverage, Metro Presents: New York Stories/Angelika Film Festival,
will span three days later this spring.

Whaley, whose acting credits include The Doors and Pulp
Fiction
, is also a writer and director. His latest film project -- The
Jimmy Show
, which he wrote, directed and starred in -- will be released this
fall.

MetroChannels' coverage will run on Time Warner Cable and Cablevision Systems
Corp. in the New York market. The networks are dedicated exclusively to New York
culture and entertainment.
