Lifetime Real Women Marks Black History Month

Lifetime Television spinoff Lifetime Real Women has one-dozen ways to celebrate Black History Month in February.

The network said Tuesday that it will air 12 episodes of Intimate Portrait focusing on African-American women.

The schedule:

• Monday, Feb. 16, noon: Intimate Portrait: Harriet Tubman;

• Monday, Feb. 16, 4 p.m.: Intimate Portrait: Della Reese;

• Tuesday, Feb. 17, noon: Intimate Portrait: Terry McMillan;

• Tuesday, Feb. 17, 4 p.m.: Intimate Portrait: Mo'Nique;

• Wednesday, Feb. 18, noon: Intimate Portrait: Isabel Sanford;

• Wednesday, Feb. 18, 4 p.m.: Intimate Portrait: Josephine Baker;

• Thursday, Feb. 19, noon: Intimate Portrait: Tisha Campbell-Martin;

• Thursday, Feb. 19, 4 p.m.: Intimate Portrait: Natalie Cole;

• Friday, Feb. 20, noon: Intimate Portrait: Rosa Parks;

• Friday, Feb. 20, 4 p.m.: Intimate Portrait: Marian Wright Edelman;

• Saturday, Feb. 21, noon: Intimate Portrait: Chaka Khan; and

• Sunday, Feb. 22, noon: Intimate Portrait: Gladys Knight.
