Also, Keith Pintner and Chris Sullivan have joined ASG’s engineering team. Pintner had been a senior project manager at systems engineer at MVI; Sullivan was a systems engineer at MVI.

Walt Davis was named senior director of product management and technical services at Old Bridge, N.J.- based Blonder Tongue Laboratories. He comes from Vubiquity, where he managed the company’s linear portfolio of video services targeting North American and Carribean cable operators.

Dewey Reid has joined CNN Digital as vice president, executive creative director for CNN Digital. He comes from Yahoo, where he had been vice president, design for mobile and emerging products.

HAWTHORNE

Los Angeles-based brand response ad agency Hawthorne Direct has named Trista Torrez-Laing as senior vice president, marketing and new business development. She had been a consultant to d2 Music in Los Angeles.

NBC UNIVERSAL

Maria Drew was named senior vice president, human resources of NBCUniversal’s Hispanic Enterprises and Content unit. She most recently served as president and founder of Miami-based human resources consulting firm HRStrategistGroup.

NIELSEN

Nielsen has named Ben Billingsley senior vice president, Global Watch Marketing and Communications. He comes from The Horn Group, where he was a partner.

Also, Flavie Lemarchand-Wood was elevated to vice president, deputy communications director, Global Watch Marketing and Communications.

Finally, Kristie Stegen was tapped as global head of internal communications.

Michael Brooks was named senior vice president, unscripted programming, at Shine America. He comes from BBC Worldwide Productions and Adjacent Productions, where he was SVP, entertainment programming and development.

Targeted ad firm Simulmedia has added David Cooperstein as chief marketing officer. He comes from Forrester Research, where he led the CMO research practice.

Greg Drebin was named senior vice president, worldwide marketing at 20th Century Fox Television Distribution. He comes from Warner Bros., where he was senior VP of marketing, International TV, Canada, Asia and Latin America.

Scott Porter was named senior vice president, human resources, corporate, at Turner Broadcasting System. He comes from Taylor English Duma LLP, where he was an equity partner in the labor and employment practice with clients including Turner and the Atlanta Braves.
