Brenda Lowry has joined Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries parent Crown Media Family Networks as vice president, network publicity, based in Studio City, Calif. She comes from Syfy, where she was director, communications, of the NBCUniversal-owned network.

Jill Dickerson was upped to senior vice president, programming and development at OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network. She had been VP, programming and development.

SCREEN ENGINE/ASI

Los Angeles-based entertainment market research firm Screen Engine/ASI has named David Gross as senior vice president of its new International Division. He was the founder, editor and publisher of Movie Review Intelligence.

Also, Mark Orne was named Screen Engine/ASI’s senior vice president, Digital Entertainment Division. He was executive director of the global consumer insights group at Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

Lee Flaster has joined Telemundo as senior vice president, business operations and growth strategy, based in Miami. He had been senior VP, planning, strategy and business operations, at NBCUniversal Hispanic Group.

Laraine (Rainey) Mancini has joined Univision Communications in New York as senior vice president, finance, and head of investor relations. She comes from Time Warner Cable, where she was VP, corporate strategy and business development and VP, investor relations.
