Marc Leonard has joined Fuse Media as senior vice president, content strategy, responsible for the company’s linear programming and multiplatform scheduling strategies and based in New York. He comes from Viacom Media Networks, where he was senior VP, platform strategy for Logo.

Vince Cortese has joined San Francisco-based Kenshoo as chief revenue officer, responsible for leading the cross-publisher advertising firm’s global sales organization.

Acton, Mass.-based multiscreen video software firm SeaChange International has tapped Peter Faubert as chief financial officer, senior vice president and treasurer. He most recently served as CFO at This Technology.

Sportskool, the Grace Creek Media-owned sports lifestyle and entertainment TV network, has named Dave Willox president. He is managing partner with Bluewater PE, a growth-management firm that specializes in the rapid scaling of businesses in the IT, cybersecurity and risk-management markets.

Joe Glennon has joined Starz as executive vice president, affiliate sales, based in New York. He comes from AMC Networks, where he was executive vice president, distribution. Also, Starz has elevated Alison Hoffman to chief marketing officer from executive VP, marketing.

Michael V. Marinello has been named New York-based senior vice president, corporate communications at Turner Broadcasting System. He comes from Bloomberg L.P., where he was global head of communications, technology, brand and sustainability.

Christina Sala has joined Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution as vice president of sales, Italy, Italian-speaking Switzerland and Greece for Pay TV, SVOD, Basic and Free TV, based in Milan, Italy. She comes from Entertainment One in London, where she was sales director for digital and linear TV rights for Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, Greece and Israel.
