Deborah Sullivan has been named executive producer and managing director at production shop The Artery in New York. She had been managing director and executive producer at post-production companies NO6 and Peepshow Post.

CHARTER

Charter Communications has named Alex Hoehn-Saric as senior vice president, policy and external affairs, a new post. He had been senior VP, federal affairs.

Also, Elizabeth Biley Andrion has joined Stamford, Conn.- based Charter as senior vice president, regulatiory affairs. She joins the MSO after 10 years at the Federal Communications Commission, including as chief of the Office of Strategic Planning.

CLYPD

Boston, Mass.-based TV advertising sales platform clypd has added Henry Rivero as general manager of Europe. He comes from RTL Group, where he was senior director, digital technology and special products.

JAUNT

Jaunt, a startup specializing in cinematic virtual reality content, has named George Kliavkoff as CEO. Kliavkoff comes from Hearst Corp., where he was co-president of the Entertainment & Syndication unit.

IRIS.TV

Video personalization firm IRIS.TV in Los Angeles has added Max Dismore and Katherine Miller as account executives. Dinsmore comes from L’Oreal in New York, where he was an assistant brand manager; Miller had worked at Samek Art Museum in Lewisburg, Pa., and the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

Also, Kyle Raudensky has joined IRIS.TV as a software engineer.

KIN

Shauna Miller has joined Santa Monica, Calif.-based Kin as director of programming, responsible for the development, production and content on Kin owned-and-operated channels. She had been CEO and founder of Penny Chic, a multichannel content, apparel and entertainment brand for young women.

NBCUNIVERSAL

Chris Heatherly has joined NBCUniversal as executive vice president of worldwide games and digital platforms. He had been senior VP and GM of The Walt Disney Co.’s games and apps division.

TCM/FILMSTRUCK

Pola Changnon was elevated to senior vice president of marketing, creative and brand at Turner Classic Movies, a new Atlanta-based post. She had been VP and brand creative director at TCM for the past 10 years.

Also, E.B. O’Neill has joined Turner-owned subscription-on-demand service FilmStruck as senior director of subscription acquisition, also based in Atlanta. She comes from edX and Fandor.

TRAVEL CHANNEL

Anna Geddes ha s joined Scripps Networks Interactive-owned Travel Channel as director of programming, based in Knoxville, Tenn. She had been an executive producer and director of programming at Discovery Communications.

VIAMEDIA

Lexington, Ky.-based cable TV rep firm Viamedia has elevated Becky Jones to chief marketing and people officer. She had been senior VP, marketing and research.

WideOpenWest announced three executive promotions: Cash Hagen to chief operating officer; Scott Russell to chief marketing and sales officer; and Cathy Kuo to executive vice president of strategy and engagement.
