Simon Browne has joined communications solutions provider Clear-Com as vice president of product management. He had been director of product management.

Sena Fitzmaurice has been elevated to senior vice president, government communications at Comcast.

Brad Ramsey has joined The Center for Sales Strategy in Tampa, Fla., as vice president of business strategy. He joins CSS from Boats Group, where he had been VP, global sales.

DISH NETWORK
Dish Network has elevated Andy LeCuyer to senior vice president of programming, responsible for the satellite TV service and Sling TV. He had been Dish’s VP of programming.

DISCOVERY
James Levitt was elevated to senior vice president, national ad sales, U.S., at Discovery Communications. He had been VP of national advertising sales.
Also, David Tardio was promoted to vice president of ad sales for Discovery U.S. Hispanic, based in Miami.

THE FIRM
Corey Marsh has joined The Firm in Los Angeles as executive vice president, television. He comes from Disney Channels Worldwide, where he was executive director, development, for Disney Channel and Disney XD.

GRAVITAS VENTURES
Josh Spector has joined independent global distributor Gravitas Ventures in New York as director of acquisitions. He comes from Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, where he was director of acquisitions.
Also, Zach Hamby was named manager of acquisitions at Gravitas. He comes from RLJ Entertainment, where he was acquisitions coordinator.

Dani Martin has joined video personalization engine IRIS.TV in New York as vice president of sales. She comes from Pandora Media, where she was senior director, agency and advertiser development.

Jonathan Lee has been promoted to senior vice president of operations at RLTV in Baltimore. He had been VP of media operations at the network.

SHOWTIME
Donald Buckley has been elevated to chief marketing officer at Showtime Networks in New York. He had been executive VP, program marketing and digital services.

J LaLonde has joined Whistle Sports in New York as vice president of content, responsible for overseeing the company’s worldwide multiplatform content development, production and programming. He comes from Mashable, where he was executive producer of original programming.

UNIVISION
Stephen J. McGowan was named senior vice president, corporate research, at Univision Communications, based in New York. He comes from PBS, where he was VP, research.

VIACOM
Company veteran Laurel Weir was named senior vice president of research at Viacom’s Paramount Network, TV Land and CMT. She had most recently served as senior VP, strategic insights and research, at MTV.
