has been named president of BET Networks, based in New York. He most recently served as executive vice president and chief administrative officer at Viacom, BET Networks’s parent company.

MOB SCENE
Los Angeles-based entertainment marketing agency Mob Scene has advanced Jason Groff to president. He had been the shop’s executive vice president of operations and senior producer of creative content.

FOX SPORTS WEST
Dave Anzivino
was named vice president of Fox Sports West and Prime Ticket, the Fox Regional Sports Networks based in Los Angeles. He had been local sales manager for the two networks.

605 MEDIA
New York-based advanced media and entertainment data and analytics firm 605 Media has added Daniel Berg as chief technology officer. Most recently a consultant, he worked at Rockit Solutions and energy investment firm First Reserve.

GLOBECAST
London-based global soutions provider for media Globecast has upped Sylvain Merle to chief operating officer. He had been the company’s chief technology officer since January.

Thom Hinkle
has been promoted to executive vice president of original programming at TBS. He had formerly served as senior VP of original programming at the comedy-focused network.
