Michael Engleman was promoted to chief marketing officer at TBS and TNT, based in Burbank, Calif. He was executive VP of entertainment marketing and brand innovation at the Turner-owned networks.
HULU
Hulu has named Julie DeTraglia head of research, a new post, as the streaming service centralizes its research and insights functions. She had formerly served as head of ad sales research at the company.
TRUTV
Nancy McKenna advanced to senior vice president of production at truTV, overseeing the network’s original programming, post-production programming and promotional editing. She had been VP, production, since 2007.
SQUARE BOX SYSTEMS
Jeremy Strootman was tapped as vice president, business development, North America at media asset management and production workflow software firm Square Box Systems. He was channel manager for the Americas at Telestream.
VUBIQUITY
Craig Heiting has joined Vubiquity as executive vice president of North American sales. He joins the company from Deluxe Entertainment, where he was senior VP, sales and business development.
