WASHINGTON — As the Supreme Court returns for its fall session (the first Monday in October), “Fix the Court,” a group pushing for more transparency and accountability from the high court, is having some fun with the justices in a back-to-school list that leads off with a familiar issue.
The first entry (pictured) is allowing cameras in the Supreme Court, something the cable industry, via C-SPAN, has backed for years.
In addition to the justices, according to a spokesperson for the group, the checklist was sent to “federal judges, clerks, members of the press, appellate attorneys and others who follow the court.”
