TBS Celebrates 'Seinfeld' Anniversary

TBS, the cable network responsible for Seinfeld’s continued success in syndication, will honor the sitcom’s 25th anniversary by airing its 25 most popular and acclaimed episodes over the course of a week.

Beginning Monday, June 30, the network will air four episodes of Seinfeld each night, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The anniversary celebration will begin with an airing of “The Pen,” with classic episodes such as “The Chinese Restaurant,” “The Soup Nazi” and “The Puffy Shirt” scheduled to air throughout the remainder of the week. On Friday, July 4, TBS will also air both episodes of two-parter “The Boyfriend.”

The final day of the celebration, Saturday, July 5, coincides with the 25th anniversary of the series’ first telecast on NBC.
