An article in the Oct. 7 Multichannel News incorrectly identified the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers group that developed the standard for digital program insertion. SCTE's Digital Video Standards Subcommittee Working Group 5, headed by Paul Woidke, developed the guidelines for DVS 253.
