A+E Networks International has tapped Moreyba Bidessie as London-based director of scripted development and sales. She previously served as scripted acquisitions manager at Sky Vision, Sky’s production and distribution arm.

Entertainment Studios/Allen Media has promoted Matt Anderson to vice president of distribution for Entertainment Studios and Weather Group, which includes The Weather Channel. He was director of distribution, Weather Group.

COMCAST SPOTLIGHT

Megan Latham was named vice president, customer experience at Comcast Spotlight, the ad-sales division of Comcast Cable. She was global head of client service and revenue operations for Bloomberg’s Media Group.

DISH NETWORK

Atilla Tinic has joined pay TV provider Dish Network in Englewood, Colo., as senior vice president and chief information officer. He comes from CenturyLink, where he had served as senior VP of information technology.

LINDSAY BROADBAND

Ontario-based designer, manufacturer and integrator of broadband communication solutions Lindsay Broadband has added Ruth Lee as vice president of marketing. She comes from ATX Networks, where she was VP, marketing.

TURNER

Turner has promoted Kimberly Page to senior vice president, Turner Brand Communications, based in Atlanta and responsible for global brand communications and reputation management. She had been VP, corporate communications.

Holly Tang was promoted to chief financial officer for BRAVO, OXYGEN, UNIVERSAL KIDS and head of production operations for the company’s lifestyle networks. She was CFO for Bravo and Oxygen Media.
Soccer’s ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE has tapped Susanna Dinnage, former global president of Animal Planet, as its new chief executive.
GROUPM, the media buying arm of WPP, has tapped Marc Bignell as global head of trading. An Omnicom veteran, he most recently was chief commercial officer at private company Miroma.
NBCUNIVERSAL has upped Carrie Stimmel to executive vice president, lifestyle and Hispanic advertising sales, leading sales teams responsible for national advertising and marketing partnerships on Bravo, E!, Oxygen, Telemundo and Universo. She was senior VP.
Adam Lowy has joined premium video advertising management platform TELARIA as chief commercial officer. He had been director of advanced TV and digital sales at Dish Network and its Sling TV streaming service.
