A federal grand jury indicted an Adelphia Communications Corp. employee for
allegedly assuming the identity of a dead four-year-old boy and bilking $2.1
million from the company by funneling payments to a sham consulting firm, AP
reported.

The employee, who went by the name of John Wayne Truelove, had been senior
director of applications development at the MSO, according to an old Adelphia
press release.

The feds, who don't know Truelove's real name, alleged that he sent the
payments to a consultant named Daniel Wirth in California, according to
AP.
