Adelphia Communications Corp. relaunched its Web site for its Southern California subscribers (www.adelphiasocal.com).
The site features links to all of the operator’s products and services, including high-speed data, HDTV, video-on-demand, digital-video recorders and pay-per-view. It also provides details on Adelphia’s video-channel offerings -- “Valuepaks” and “Advantagepaks,” such as Adelphia en Español, International Channels and KADL the MSO’s own locally produced public-affairs network.
And subscribers now have an “Auto Pay” option through which they can go online to customize their bill-pay method through auto debit, phone or Internet.
Adelphia has more than 1.2 million subscribers in Southern California.
