A&E Television Networks has promoted Nick Febrizio to senior vice president of research and strategy.
In his new position, Febrizio will meld his research roots with his experience in advertising sales, distribution and customer management to address an array of AETN programming, sales and marketing initiatives.
Prior to his promotion, Febrizio was VP, responsible for the Northeast region’s affiliate-sales group.
Febrizio originally joined AETN to oversee the affiliate-sales department’s research, where he created sales and marketing tools to grow A&E Network’s distribution, increase local ad sales and develop targeted marketing partnerships with affiliates.
Febrizio was also the driving force in creating strategic research presentations that were used in the prelaunch and launch phase of The History Channel.
