AMC's Juris to Head MuchMusic USA

Rainbow Media Holdings Inc. Tuesday named American Movie Classics executive
vice president and general manager Marc Juris president of its 24-hour
music-video channel, MuchMusic USA.

Juris will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of MuchMusic USA
and lead the strategic expansion of the network, which is currently in about 20
million households.

Juris will replace MuchMusic USA interim manager Nora Ryan, who will return
to her position as Rainbow senior vice president of business development.

'Marc is an incredible business person and television professional whose
creativity has made him a leader in the cable industry,' said Rainbow CEO and
president Josh Sapan, whom Juris will report to.

'He has been a driving force behind the growth of AMC, and I expect Marc's
track record of success to continue and mean great things for MuchMusic,' Sapan
added.

A spokeswoman said AMC will make an announcement on Juris' replacement
shortly.
