At press time, the Walter Kaitz Foundation had not verified a report that
Landmark Communications Inc. president Decker Anstrom will be this year's
foundation dinner honoree.

The report, posted on Multichannel.com June 10 (http://www.multichannel.com/index.asp?layout=story&doc_id=120925&display=breakingNews),
noted that based on industry sources, an announcement of Anstrom as honoree was
forthcoming.

Anstrom would be among the few programming-service executives recognized over
the dinner's 20-year existence. He wouldn't be the first National Cable &
Telecommunications Association president honored; Tom Wheeler was during the
1980s. Cable-operator leaders have been honored most years.

The foundation -- which awards grants and has other programs designed to
promote ethnic diversity among the cable industry's employee and executive ranks
-- honored Comcast Corp. CEO Brian Roberts last year.

Kaitz's principal revenue source is the dinner, which, in recent years, has
brought in more than $1 million and drawn about 2,000
attendees.
