AOL Debuts Online Soap for Broadband

America Online Inc. AOL Broadband users can get their dose of dramatic soap
online with a new reality action series courtesy of Warner Bros. and AOL.

Produced by Warner Bros. Online, So L.A. will feature 14 installments
that will run from Saturday through Nov. 6, available only on the AOL Broadband
service.

The seven-minute clips will focus on a group of Los Angelinos in their 20s as
they go through 'the dizzying highs and tragic lows of life (and low-lifes) in
Los Angeles,' according to the release.

AOL Broadband members will also have access to deleted scenes, character
photos and bios and chat rooms to discuss the series with other users.

'So L.A. is a great example of the unique and interactive programming
AOL Broadband strives to offer members,' AOL vice president of broadband
programming Carlos Silva said.

'Warner Bros. Online designed So L.A. specifically for the online
medium, giving our members the exclusive opportunity to enjoy quality
entertainment each day and to follow the series through to completion in just
under two weeks,' he added.

The first three episodes will debut Saturday, with a new episode added every
day through Nov. 6. After that, the series will be released through www.warnerbros.com and www.solatheshow.com.
