AOL Sets Another Cross-Platform Deal

AOL Time Warner Inc. and H&R Block Inc. announced a multiyear strategic
marketing alliance Tuesday.

For AOL Time Warner, this is the second cross-platform deal in as many days.
On Monday, it announced a deal with Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc.

But in the latest instance, the alliance is expected to enable both parties
to market their products and services to millions of new customers
nationwide.

Besides advertising across AOL Time Warner's print, cable and online
properties, H&R Block will become the preferred tax-services provider across
various America Online Inc. brands, such as its Online Tax Center. Moreover, AOL
Time Warner will offer H&R Block's tax services to its employees at special
rates.
