AOL Time Warner Hires Fili-Krushel

AOL Time Warner has
appointed Patricia Fili-Krushel executive vice president, administration,
effective July 30, the company announced Wednesday.

Currently chief executive
officer of WebMD Health and the former president of ABC Television Network,
Fili-Krushel will work closely with the AOL Time Warner's senior management and
its operating divisions on a variety of organizational, development and
diversity issues.

Fili-Krushel, whose responsibilities will include oversight of
corporate human resources, employee development and growth, compensation and
benefits, and security, will report to co-chief operating officer Richard
Parsons.

A veteran of Lifetime
Television and HBO, Fili-Krushel joined ABC in 1993. From July 1998 through
April 2000, she was president of ABC with responsibilities for all of the
network's programming and business areas. Since then, she has served as CEO of
WebMD, the online company's consumer unit.

Fili-Krushel had resigned as
the head of The Health Network early this year. News Corp. regained full
ownership of the service under a restructuring of its strategic partnership with
WebMD Corp. The Health Network is now under the purview of Fox Cable Networks
Group.
