AOL Time Warner Invests in TestU

AOL Time Warner Inc.'s investment arm has plunked down money in a start-up
that produces educational software.
AOL Time Warner Opportunity Investment
fund led the $9.5 million investment round for Test University Inc.
Under
the market name TestU, the start-up, founded in 1999, creates and sells
Internet-delivered assessment and tutorial programs for high-school exit exams
and college-entrance tests, among other things.

TestU has entered in to strategic agreements with AOL@School and the Research
and Learn Channel on America Online Inc.'s Internet-service-provider service to
offer its products to AOL members.
