Armstrong Group of Cos.' cable division -- which launched a telephony-service
partnership with Vonage DigitalPhone at the National Show Monday -- struck a
long-term carriage agreement with Pax TV Wednesday afternoon.
All of Armstrong's systems -- which cover more than 210,000 customers in
Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia -- will launch Pax TV
over the next few months.
Additional terms of the carriage contract were not disclosed.
The channel's family-oriented programming lineup is "a quality product we're
sure our subscribers will enjoy," Armstrong cable-marketing director Dave
Wittmann said in a prepared statement.
