'Army Wives' Marks Early Return To Lifetime's Schedule

Lifetime is stepping up the return of Army Wives, marhcing out the show's fourth season in April.
The women's-targeted network's most successful series will premiere its 18-episode, fourth season on Sunday April 11 at 10 p.m. (ET/PT). Lifetime has previously slated the series' season starts in June.
The series, which follows the struggles, dreams and friendships of women and one man living with their spouses and families on an active army post, marched to its best Nielsen marks in its third campaign, recording its highest-rated season among total viewers, adults 18+ and women 25 to 34. The series, according to Lifetime officials, ranks as the highest-rated original drama on ad-supported cable among 18 to 49 the last two years.
The series films in Charleston, South Carolina and stars Kim Delaney, Sally Pressman, Brigid Brannagh, Brian McNamara, Sterling K. Brown, Wendy Davis, Drew Fuller, Terry Serpico, Katelyn Pippy and Catherine Bell.
