AT&T Broadband Taps Coffman

With improved service a top company goal this year, AT&T Broadband
appointed Mark Coffman as its new vice president of customer care.

Coffman, formerly an operational-planning and customer-service manager for
United Air Lines Inc., will oversee the MSO's 1,500 customer-care
associates.

He will also help out with sales and servicing for AT&T Broadband's
cable-television, digital-cable, high-speed cable-modem and digital-telephony
service.
