The Jim Henson Co. announced Wednesday that it will be represented at Toy
Fair in New York Feb. 11 through 15 with an expanded lineup of toys inspired by
two popular cable series, Farscape on Sci Fi Channel and Bear in the
Big Blue House
on Disney Channel.

Henson senior vice president of licensing Betts Fitzgerald said licensee Toy
Vault will show toy retailers a 'Farscape Reunited' line of action
figures, including the new additions of royal sovereign Rygel and villain
Scorpius. In addition, Simon & Schuster Interactive will release a
Farscape computer game in the first quarter of 2002, she added.

Mattel Inc.'s Fisher-Price, master toy licensee for Bear, will bring
back its 2000 hit, 'Love to Dance Bear,' with TV-advertising support, Fitzgerald
said.

Henson has also added several new toy licensees for the property, including
Applause Inc. for a 'Bear Sing-A-Long Puppet' and Best-Lock Construction Toys
for a building-blocks line featuring characters from the Bear series
cast.
