BET Acquires Cable Rights To 'The Queen Latifah Show'

BET Networks has acquired cable rights to the popular daytime talker The Queen Latifah Show, the network announced Thursday.

Beginning March 31, the network will air episodes of the freshman series as part of its late-night block the same day after it airs on in syndication, according to network officials. The Queen Latifah Show joins The Wendy Williams Show in the network’s late night block of programming.

The deal also follows BET’s acquisition of new talk show, The Real, which is set to debut this fall.
