Time Warner Cable's Cincinnati division said it is using Bigfoot Interactive
for targeted electronic-mail marketing and promotional activities.
Bigfoot plans to provide Time Warner with its technology platform and e-mail
services for a targeted online-newsletter program and other segmented e-mail
applications to subscribers.

In addition to digital and high-speed data, Time Warner has launched
video-on-demand in Cincinnati, including Home Box Office subscription VOD at
$9.95 per month and various programs from Food Network and Home & Garden
Television at al la carte VOD prices.
Time Warner said it hopes to drive penetration and retention of new services
with the program.
