A&E Network's Biography series will celebrate its 15th
anniversary with a multimedia tour that will reach 10 markets through July, the
network announced Monday.

'The Biography 15 Years Celebration Tour' will start later this month,
visiting the Westside Pavilion Mall in Los Angeles April 19 through 21, then
closing out the month in Seattle.

'This hands-on experience will meet the expectations of both our core and new
consumers and will show how the brand has expanded to new products,' senior vice
president of marketing Michael Mohamad said in a prepared statement.

To kick off festivities in each market, the A&E exhibit will honor up to
10 local community heroes by showcasing them on 'The Biography Community
Heroes Exhibit' wall.

The exhibits on the tour will include: several Madame Tussaud wax figures
(ranging from Albert Einstein and Colin Powell to Madonna and Arnold
Schwarzenegger); 'Who Am I?,' an audience-participation game show with prizes
for contestants; 'The Biography Studio,' where consumers can tape their
own one-minute episode; 'Biography Magazine Cover Shoot,' where visitors
can pose as a cover model; the Biography.com and Genealogy.com kiosks, where consumers can navigate celebrities' family trees; and 'The
Biography Channel Area,' a booth where A&E affiliates will showcase that new
digital network.

Zenith Electronics Corp., a tour sponsor, will supply its new high-tech
42-inch plasma television monitors, as well as DVD players, a 60-inch
high-definition-TV monitor and speakers.

The tour also will hit Denver, St. Louis and Chicago in May; Atlanta, New
York (Grand Central Terminal) and Washington, D.C., in June; and Boston and
Philadelphia in July.
