BlueHighways TV has inked a distribution pact with Pembroke Telephone Co.
Pembroke, which serves consumers in North Bryan County, Georgia, will launch the network, which focuses on the people, stories, traditions and music of America, later this month. Deal terms were not disclosed.
"The Bryan County, Georgia market is a perfect fit for BlueHighways TV. Our original Americana programming will really resonate with their customers," said Stan Hitchcock, Chairman and CEO of BHTV, in a statement.
"We added BlueHighways TV to our programming lineup because we saw the value of offering a network that focuses on many of the cultural values of our community," said Paul Boyette, Business Development Manager for Pembroke Telephone.
BHTV's original programming features roots music, including bluegrass, blues, folk, western, gospel and traditional country. It also delves into the realms of outdoor adventure and agriculture, lifestyle, cooking and equestrian, among other genres.
