Steve Bratton has joined VoIP Inc. as national sales director for its VoiceOne Communications Carrier Direct Program.

Bratton had been an account director at Level 3 Communications Inc.

VoIP Inc.’s customers include interexchange carriers, competitive local-exchange carriers, Internet-service providers, cable operators and voice-over-Internet-protocol-service providers.
