Bravo Heats Up 'Top Chef' Sponsor Menu

Bravo has cooked up sponsorship pacts with Diet Dr. Pepper, The Glad Products Co., Quaker, Swanson Broth and Toyota to sponsor the fifth season of the Top Chef reality series.

The soft drink will be a fully integrated sponsor and "official beverage" of the series, sponsoring the on-air Quickfire Challenge segment and a vignette series featuring past show contestants. The beverage will also sponsor weekly live voting on show contestants, which qualifies viewers for a New York trip sweepstakes.

Also new this season is Swanson Broth, which will sponsor a "Foodie Flyaway sweepstakes" and on-air kitchen secrets vignettes. The product will also be integrated into recipes available at the show's Web site. Quaker products will also be utilized in a Quickfire Challenge.

Toyota will provide vehicles that transport the contestants during their challenges; also, a Toyota Venza will be a sweepstakes prize for viewers.

As in past seasons, Glad Products will be used on the show and the company will provide a $100,000 prize for the chef contestants.

The fifth season debuts Nov. 12.
