Bravo Pitching Two Local Promotions

Bravo is bringing back two of its popular local-sales promotions, but for the
first time under NBC's ownership.

NBC Cable Networks vice president of local ad sales Brian Hunt said the
promotions are tied to Bravo's Inside the Actors Studio and Cirque du
Soleil
programs.

Affiliates will be able to use each promotion in three ways, Hunt said -- as
a local consumer sweepstakes, as a sales incentive for affiliate staffs and as a
client incentive.

The sweepstakes materials will include point-of-sale displays for use at
sponsor locations. Each promotion's grand prize will be a trip to attend the
taping of that respective show.

Operators can also offer tickets to those shows as a way to motivate account
executives or as a way to entice prospective or current local clients, Hunt
added.
