Bravo announced Tuesday that it has sold three sponsors on a sweepstakes tied
to its upcoming IFP/West Independent Spirit Awards special and a related
weeklong film festival, all in primetime.
Turning Leaf Vineyards' Coastal Reserve, Mercedes-Benz USA and WorldCom Inc.
will cosponsor the Spirit Awards, due as a primetime special March 24, as well
as the weeklong IFP/West Spirit Awards Film Festival that starts March 19, Bravo
senior vice president of ad sales Hanna Gryncwajg said.
All three sponsors will be tagged on the network's tune-in promotion spots,
as well as those for the tie-in sweepstakes, promoted on both the network and
its Web site.
In addition, Turning Leaf will sponsor an additional sweepstakes opportunity,
offering a home-video setup as a 'bonus prize.'
