Bravo's 'Real Houswives Of Atlanta' Remains On Pace For Ratings Marks

Bravo's look at the ladies of Atlanta is on pace to become the Real Housewives' franchise highest-rated season ever among viewers and key demos.
Through nine episodes, the sophomore season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta has averaged 2.88 million viewers, including 2.03 million adults 18 to 49, according to Nielsen data. Those numbers mark substantial gains over its rookie campaign: 120% from 1.31 million total viewers and 105% from 990,000 of the Madison Avenue-coveted demographic.
The Sept. 24 telecast averaged 2.72 million viewers, 1.95 million adults 18 to 49 and 1.56 million women 18 to 49, according to Nielsen.
That installment ranked as the No. 1 cable entertainment telecast for the day in the aforementioned demos, said Bravo officials, beating all competitors, including an original episode of Project Runway by 16% among adults 18 to 49 (1.68 million of those watchers for the Lifetime reality series) and 27% among women 18 to 49 (1.23 million).
Project Runway
did win the battle among total viewers on Sept. 24 by nearly 6% with 2.87 million watchers, as the show's sixth season -- its first on the women's programmer after its run on Bravo -- has been on pace to be its best among viewers, adults 18 to 49 and key women's demos.
